rating up to C3 and even to C2. Having taken his advice I have now installed all cfl lighting which has brought me to C3,and he has reassessed me and my new cert has been issued. There is a bit of
work involved in increasing loft insulation to get to a C2 rating for me, and I am considering this for the future. I will have no hesitation in going back to shane for reassessment or more advice in
the future
